2. Eligibility for Refund
Products eligible for a refund must have been purchased directly from Hitech Lanka Pvt Ltd.
The product must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
Refunds will only be processed if the defect is confirmed to be a manufacturer’s fault. No refunds will be granted for defects arising from installation, or handling.
To qualify for a refund, the product must be in its original condition, with all original packaging, documentation, and accessories.
A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for any refund.
3. Refund Process
Customers must report the defect to our customer service team within 7 days of noticing the issue. The report can be made via email, phone, or in person.
Our team will conduct an investigation to determine the cause of the defect. This may involve inspection by a third-party expert or consultation with the manufacturer.
If a manufacturer’s defect is confirmed, the customer will be offered one of the following options:
A replacement product of the same model or a similar model of equal value.
A full refund of the purchase price.
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after the defect is confirmed and the returned product is received by our warehouse.
4. Non-Refundable Items
Products that have been damaged due to misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modifications.
Products without original packaging or invoices
If the product is confirmed to have a manufacturer’s defect, Hitech Lanka Pvt Ltd will cover the cost of delivery the replacement product to the customer
